He has spent his entire career practicing law as a litigator and for the past decade as a lobbyist and advocate on behalf of businesses, trade associations, not-for-profits, foreign countries and individuals.

Julie is a director of GESA. She is also a New York licensed attorney, and specializes in cross-border legal services between China and America. Her firm is also seamlessly connected to global lawyer networks to help solve clients’ legal issues.

Julie worked with top 100 American law firms including Troutman Sanders. Her practice focuses on cross-border corporate and securities, E-commerce and global sellers, litigation, and arbitration. Before coming to the US, Julie practiced law in China. She is fluent in Mandarin. She has a comprehensive understanding of Chinese and U.S. laws, economy, politics, and cultural systems. She has more than 20 years of work experience in practicing Chinese and U.S. laws. She also published 4 books. Julie received her law degree from top law schools in the US and China, CUPL, and the University of Georgia.

Peter

Peter is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. He also maintains an active practice in the fields of commercial litigation, technology-related transactions, intellectual property, and civil litigation. Previously, Peter was a Managing Partner and Partner of middle-sized law firms where he practiced for over 30 years. He is widely recognized as a pioneer and thought leader in the field of information technology law and intellectual property. “The Best Lawyers in America”® publication twice honored him as the “Lawyer of the Year” in Information Technology Law for New York City.

Kenneth

Kenneth is an international litigation and business lawyer, licensed in California. He specializes in Internet and E-Commerce Law, Intellectual Property law, Trademark and Copyright, Transactional and Corporate Law, Contract Law, and general and commercial business law matters. He has experience of over 30 years in these practice areas.

He is a member of the Bar of California, the Federal District Court for the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. He holds a Juris Doctor in Law from Southwestern Law School, and a B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University, Northridge. He is also a political novelist, having authored over 18 books.

Ron

Ron’s practice involves patent and trademark prosecution, patent interference, technology transfer, IP-related business transactions, and cross-the-border investments. He led international transactions and has represented both domestic and foreign clients. Ron also assists in teaching IP classes at CUNY Law School by preparing course materials and giving lectures.

He helps Chinese companies and individuals handle legal issues in the EU and is familiar with Chinese culture and business practices. obtained his Law Degree cum laude at the Bicocca University of Milan, with a dissertation on Administrative Law on antitrust sanctions.

Paolo's business partner Elizabeth is licensed in Luxembourg and is experienced in commercial litigation. She had experience in handling E-commerce and sellers' legal disputes.
